Saving your credentials in an RDP Shortcut

When you sign-up for our Cloud Services you will be provided an RDP shortcut to your Private Cloud Server. Save this short-cut to the Desktop and then double-click it to access the Server.

When launched the RDP shortcut will be populate with your server address and be requesting a username and password. (These items can be found in your welcome email!)













If you or one of your users would like to save their credentials, follow these simple steps!

Click the "Show Options" drop down and this will displat the other login options.



















Uncheck the Option "Always ask for Credentials". Enter your username and password into the shortcut and then click the "Save" button. And you're done!

Next time you launch the shortcut you will directed straight into the server without having to re-enter your credentials!
